What can I do before the cleaners arrive? You do not HAVE to do anything.

Who will be coming to my house to clean? A experienced, friendly 1-2 person team will arrive at your door on time and ready to get started.


Do I have to be home when they arrive? No you don't. Some people choose to give us a key as they are never there during cleanings. Other people may stay long enough to let us in. It is up to you if you prefer to be home that is no problem.However, we move faster if there is no one home.

Do you bring your own supplies
?Yes we do. Your cleaner will arrive with supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use your supplies and equipment that is no problem. Please let us know when booking a appt.

How do you deal with pets?  WE LOVE PETS. Most homes we go to have either or both a dog and a cat. Your pets can continue with their usual routine.

What if my cleaning falls on a holiday? Usually we would let you know a few weeks ahead of time to re-arrange your day as we dont work certain holidays. We try to make it within the following day or previous day. If you realize before us, please let us know.

Contracts: You do not have to sign a contract. We are confident in our service  that you'll want to stay with us without being stuck to a time frame.


Cancellations: We ask that you give at least 48 hours notice. We need that time to fill your spot for that day. In the event of bad weather or other emergency we understand 48 hours cannot always be done. We also ask for that understanding in those circumstances.

Payments:  We ask for payment the day you receive your service.This could be in form of a personal cheque, or cash. If you are not going to be home, it can be left on the kitchen table or counter. A receipt will be left if you request one.

Refunds:  Although it has never happened, in the event that you are not happy with our service. We will gladly return to your home and re-do the areas your not satisfied with free of charge.

Privacy:  We do not share your information with any 2nd party. All personal information is secured.

Extras:  We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If there is anything you would like done that is not on our list, please let us know and we will add this to your cleaning.
When requesting extra services, please give  3-4 days notice as we will have to schedule extra time on your regular service.
