Our Regular and deep house cleaning is by the job and NOT by hour. When the job is done, we are done.

PRICES BELOW BASED ON: 2 Floors,1 kitchen, 2-4 bedrooms, 1-4 bathrooms, living-dining-eating rooms, hallways-foyer-entrance.

Apt/Condos start @ $60.00. Depending on the size and number of bedrooms. Minimum two hours.
Two floor apt/Condos start @ $65.00 2 hrs +
Small size house $60-90.00 2 - 3 hours . Up to 1600 sq ft
Medium size house $75-$105.00. 3 - 4 hours. Up to 2000 sq ft
Large size house $85.00 and up 4 - 5 hours. 2000 sq ft and up
The majority of my clients pay between $70-$95.00
For example. A current client with 1600 sq ft home. 3 bath, 4 bedrooms It is a 2 parent, 3 child home. For bi-weekly cleaning she pays $85.00 incl. It takes 3-4 hours, with one person.

Full cleaning and all jobs below (excluding laundry) $200.00 includes blinds
Oven deep clean--$10.00to$20.00 (Depends on condition)
Fridge deep clean--$20.00 (everything removed, sanitized)
Blinds deep cleaning and wash $30 and up. (Not all blinds applicable)
Ceiling fans dusted and washed $4.00 each
Full load of dishes $5.00(dishwasher) Full load by hand $8.00 pots included.
Washer / Dryer cleaned out in/out $15.00 each -( Outside wiped down at each regular cleaning )
Laundry-Wash and Fold $10.00 per load ,If time permits.
