Our Regular and deep house cleaning is by the job and NOT by hour. When the job is done, we are done.
This is because we are growing and currently sending 1 to 2 people per home to clean. If it took 3 hours with 1 person then 2 people would not take as long.
Also people work at different speeds and one person may finish in 3 hours and another in 5 hours.At Emerald Cleaning WE DO NOT LEAVE until your house is sparkling clean.
BASEMENTS CONSIDERED EXTRA (Unless bungalow). PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT RATES. (Depends on size, lived-in, bedrooms, baths ect)
PRICES BELOW BASED ON: 2 Floors,1 kitchen, 2-4 bedrooms, 1-3 bathrooms, living-dining-eating rooms, hallways-foyer-entrance.
Apt/Condos start @ $60.00. Depending on the size and number of bedrooms. Minimum two hours.
Two floor apt/Condos start @ $60.00 2 hrs +
Small size house $60-80.00 2 - 3 hours . Up to 1600 sq ft
Medium size house $80-105.00. 3 - 4 hours. Up to 2500 sq ft
Large size house $95-120.00 4 - 5 hours. 2500 sq ft and up
For example. A current client with 1800 sq ft home. 1 kitchen,2 full-1 1/2 baths, 4 bedrooms (1 is spare room). It is a 2 parent, 3 child home. For bi-weekly cleaning she pays $85.00 incl. It takes around 3 hours, with one person.
If you require a cleaner for reasons of your choice, (examples... closet clean out, go through boxes, organize etc)Also available for party before and after clean up. Cost is $23.75 incl. per hour.

Full cleaning and all jobs below (excluding laundry) $200.00 includes blinds
Oven deep clean--$20.00 (Depends on condition)
Fridge deep clean--$20.00 (everything removed, sanitized)
Blinds deep cleaning and wash $30 and up. (Not all blinds applicable)
Ceiling fans dusted and washed $8.00 each
Full load of dishes $5.00(dishwasher) Full load by hand $8.00 pots included.
Washer / Dryer cleaned out indise/out $15.00 each
Laundry-Wash and Fold $10.00 per load ,If time permits.
PRICES WILL NOT CHANGE FOR 1 YEAR UNLESS CHANGES TO YOUR HOME ARE MADE.
